Whether you choose to volunteer every morning, once a week, or once a month, this is a chance to make a profound impact on the spirits and lives of our residents and staff while raising much needed monies for our benevolent residents.
No baking experience necessary, all you have to do is put the premade raw cookies in the oven, set the timer, and ready yourself for the barrage of excited residents that the sirens-call aroma is sure to bring.

These volunteers help residents select just the right books for their reading pleasure -- as requested. Perfect for a volunteer with a love of literature.

If you have some skill with organizing and producing special events, this opportunity may be for you. Volunteers are needed to work with our in-house Marketing department to facilitate community gatherings on the grounds, such as auctions, fairs, concerts, and workshops. See our list of events for the scope of activities.

| Hair Care Center - Wheelchair Escorts |
Monday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Our on-site Hair Care Center is open two days a week, and volunteers are needed to help residents get to and from appointments.

| Gardening & Landscape |
 |
Seasonal volunteer help is needed to assist our grounds crew maintain the gardens, fences and fountains. Help is also needed to maintain the Meditation Garden in the inner courtyard. We have wonderful plans. Contact Environmental Services for details: 856-829-2274 ext. 16.

| Office Volunteer |
Volunteers are needed to assist with various duties in the Business Office (files need to be managed, fliers need to be duplicated and distributed, and mailing needs to be processed.)

| Shopping Buddy |
 |
Volunteers are needed to accompany residents on outings. Hours are flexible; a few hours here and there to shop with or for a resident.

| Snoezelen Center |
The new Snoezelen Center is equipped to provide recreational therapy to residents. Volunteers are needed to help residents participate in one-on-one recreational therapy sessions. Training is provided.

| Social Services Volunteer |
Volunteers are needed to assist with resident room changes. You could be the one who helps a new resident feel at home in new surroundings. Some lifting ability is required.

| Chapel Speakers |
 |
Chapel speakers do a half-hour service from 9 - 9:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Some chapel speakers come regularly. Since there are residents here from several different denominations, a variety of speakers are needed.

| Pastoral Care Visitors |
Pastoral Care Visitors visit with individual residents and provide spiritual care by reading scripture, praying and listening to the resident share whatever is on his or her heart.
