Set up 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Show Hours 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Breakdown 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
The display must be contained in the 10 x 10 space allotted to each artist. Storage containers and extra inventory must be hidden from view.
Limited electricity available upon request.
Booth assignments are final and at the discretion of the Festival Committee.
Entrants must provide his/her own display booth and equipment.
No alternative rain date or refunds for weather. Please ensure that your display is weatherproof.
Festival not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to artwork, display facilities, or personal injury.
All sales are transacted directly between the artist and buyer.
$10 non-refundable jury fee (not required for returning artists)
$50 10'x10' space
$5 extra for table rental
$5 extra for electricity
Please make checks payable to Riverview Estates and mail to Riverview Estates, Attn: Fine Arts Festival, 303 Bank Ave, Riverton, NJ 08077.
Prizes will be awarded for the top three (3) displays.
1st place will receive a special ribbon and $50 cash prize.
2nd place will receive a special ribbon and $25 cash prize.
3rd place will receive a special ribbon and a free lunch on the day of the Art Festival.
Acceptance of work is juried.
Open to artists who exhibit fine art work of their own concept, design and execution in any media.
No manufactured, commercial, or kit work will be accepted.
The artist must personally attend his/her booth.
Work on display after the opening of the show will be reviewed by the Festival committee or designee.
All decisions are final.
